We are looking forward to hire SAP IBP Professionals in the following areas :

experienced SAP IBP professional (8+ years) specializing in Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Planning (SP) to lead design, build, and optimization of planning processes. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate strategy into planning capabilities across forecasting, demand sensing, supply planning, S&OP/IBP cycle, and integration with S/4HANA/APO/ ECC and external data sources.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end SAP IBP implementations/enhancements for Demand Planning & Supply Planning (best practices, templating, and accelerators).
Configure IBP components: DP, SP, S&OP/Control Tower, Demand Sensing, Inventory (optional).
Build planning areas, time/profile configurations, key figures, attributes, calculations, copy/snapshots, and planning operators.
Design statistical forecasting models (ARIMA, Croston, exponential smoothing), ABC/XYZ, segmentation, demand sensing, forecast override governance.
Build supply heuristics, finite capacity planning concepts, supply‑demand matching, constraints, and pegging logic; support deployment and allocation rules.
Define and run S&OP cycles: consensus demand, supply review, scenario planning, and executive review (IBP dashboards & analytics).
Integrate IBP with S/4/ECC, SAP CPI-DS/CI-DS, SDI, BW/4HANA, and external demand signals; manage master data alignment.
Develop alerts, dashboards, KPIs (bias, MAPE, service level, inventory turns, plan adherence).
Drive UAT, cutover, hypercare, and ongoing support; mentor junior consultants.
Act as trusted advisor to business on process design, change management, and adoption.

Required Qualifications

8+ years in SAP planning; 5+ years hands‑on in SAP IBP DP & SP.
2+ full life‑cycle IBP implementations (including design → build → deploy).
Strong configuration: planning areas, key figures, time series/attribute modeling, operators, copy/snapshot, what‑if scenarios.
Forecasting and supply planning expertise: statistical models, demand sensing, heuristics, constraints, and pegging concepts.
Integration experience: S/4HANA/ECC, CPI-DS/CI-DS, SDI, ODP/BW; master data governance.
Proficiency with Excel UI, Fiori, analytics, alerts, and Control Tower.
Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, documentation, and storytelling with data.
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related.
