Job Description:

 

Expected experience level: 8 to 12 years

 

Scrum Master 

  • Facilitate Agile Processes: Guide the team in adopting and effectively implementing Scrum principles and Agile methodologies. 
  • Team Coordination: Foster collaboration among team members to ensure alignment with sprint goals and project objectives. 
  • Sprint Planning and Review: Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve roadblocks or challenges that hinder the team’s progress. 
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance to team members on Agile practices and encourage continuous improvement. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely updates. 
  • Ensure Delivery: Support the team in meeting sprint goals while maintaining focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. 
  • Monitor Metrics: Track team performance using key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and suggest adjustments for better efficiency. 
  •  The identified resource should have a good understanding of scaled agile and should be very good in written and oral communication.
