We are looking forward to hire Compensation Managament Professionals in the following areas :
Experience – 3-8 years
- Strong Compensation Domain Expertise
- Experience in Setting up Compensation process
- Experience in handling end to end Compensation Cycle for minimum 3 to 4
- Supported the Compensation Solution implementation as end user
- Should know all parts of Compensation and Variable Pay module, including compensation statements.
- Should know how to route forms when needed.
- Should be able to understand formula on Compensation worksheets.
- Understand how Update forms works.
- Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
- Strong experience and knowledge in Compensation lifecycle
- Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
