Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily user provisioning, licensing, and access control settings.
  • Resolve Level 2 support tickets related to Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 service health dashboards and report active outages.
  • Update documentation for internal IT procedures and user self-service guides.
  • Assist in standard data migration tasks using native Microsoft utilities.
  • Configure standard shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and security groups.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate is a plus.
  • Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Help Desk Background: Prior experience working within an ITIL-based ticketing system.
  • Desktop Support: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office desktop apps.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

PRIMARY SKILLS:

  • Admin Center Operations: Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin center portals.
  • Core App Support: Troubleshooting skills for Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • SharePoint Basics: Understanding of SharePoint site permissions and document libraries.
  • Identity Basics: Experience managing user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID.
  • File and Print Services: Troubleshooting, setup
  • Basic Scripting: Ability to run existing PowerShell scripts for bulk modifications.
  • Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
  • Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift, ability to working from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Power Automate: Ability to create simple automated workflows for routine tasks.
  • Basic Security: Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup processes.
