ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor daily network and security alerts.
- Resolve Level 1 and 2 tickets.
- Deploy routine VLAN and firewall policy changes.
- Maintain accurate inventory and network documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- CCNA or Palo Alto Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA).
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certified
- Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience using Netbrain for network mapping.
- Basic Python scripting for automated checks.
BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Learner: Eager to learn new cloud technologies rapidly.
- Teamwork: Collaborates effectively within a structured team environment.
- Communication: Clearly articulates technical issues in ticket updates.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
PRIMARY SKILLS:
- Configuring Cisco routers and Catalyst switches.
- Managing Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls.
- Troubleshooting Aruba and Cisco wireless networks.
- Administering Infoblox DHCP, DNS, and IPAM.
- Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
- Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift, ability to working from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Basic understanding of F5 Load Balancers.
- Familiarity with Network Access Control (NAC).
- Knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN basics.
