Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To work on AMS and Implementation projects for RCM & RMK modules
- Work on job requisition, candidate workflow, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding integration
- Participate data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-go-live support
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors innovations, releases, and industry trends
Required Technical Competencies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 + years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2+ years specializing in Recruiting (RCM & RMK)
- Strong understanding of Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Recruiting Posting (RP), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
- Experience in integrating Recruiting with Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding (ONB)
- Ability to manage risks and troubleshoot issues
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification (RCM & RMK) strongly preferred
