Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work on AMS and Implementation projects for RCM & RMK modules
  • Work on job requisition, candidate workflow, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding integration
  • Participate data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-go-live support
  • Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors innovations, releases, and industry trends

Required Technical Competencies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 + years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2+ years specializing in Recruiting (RCM & RMK)
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Recruiting Posting (RP), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Experience in integrating Recruiting with Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding (ONB)
  • Ability to manage risks and troubleshoot issues
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification (RCM & RMK) strongly preferred
