Job description:

Job Summary

The Associate Analyst requires to collaborate with the Digital and Transformation team in various locations to support IT enabled business solutions. The role involves assistance in system configuration and enhancement for APO in terms of Demand planning, SNP & PPDS, plus production support in alignment with Digital and Transformation and company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops a basic understanding of the organization’s vision and business processes to support planning and operations teams. Works under guidance to help document and translate business needs into clear user stories for digital and technology projects.
• Learns and applies standard best practices to assist in identifying business requirements, proposing improvements, and supporting the design of simple technical or process solutions in collaboration with senior team members.
• Contributes as a junior member of agile sprint teams by supporting configuration, testing, and documentation tasks using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Assists in delivering system functionality that meets business requirements, ensuring alignment with user stories and functional specifications provided by senior analysts.
• Provides day-to-day system support and helps with routine maintenance activities while following company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements (such as SOX and FDA GMP).
• Supports the APO and Planning integration teams by helping with issue tracking, monitoring key system activities, and assisting in monthly and project-related tasks under supervision.
• Participates in projects involving APO on S/4HANA and PPDS implementation by assisting with system configuration, data validation, testing, and user training activities.
• Helps create and update system documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and job aids.
• Follows established ERP change control processes and assists with documenting and tracking system changes.

Additional Responsibilities

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or

• Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required

Work Experience

•  0-3 years of related work experience preferred

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

License and Certifications

• Information Technology\Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) Upon Hire preferred
