Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with business stakeholders and HR teams to gather and analyze requirements for compensation processes.

System Configuration and Implementation: Configuring compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and compensation cycle plans.

Data Migration and Integration: Designing and executing data migration strategies for compensation data.

Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Post-Go-Live Support: Providing enhancements, optimizations, and support services to clients.

User Training and Best Practices: Conducting user training, documentation, and best practice workshops.
- End to End Implementation - Minimum 4 End to End implementation project expereince
- Support Projects - Minimum 4 support projects experience.
- Exposure to various conturies Compenstation process
- Experience in Pre Sales and RFP responses
