System Administration
- Managing user access and permissions, creating new user accounts, and updating existing profiles,
- Configuring system settings, including approval workflows, buying policies, and custom fields,
- Maintaining data integrity by performing regular data cleansing and validation checks,
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues,
- Implementing system updates and upgrades.
Procurement Process Management
- Setting up and managing supplier catalogues and information,
- Facilitating sourcing events and RFQs,
- Monitoring spend and compliance with procurement policies,
- Managing supplier onboarding and communication.
User Support and Training
- Providing end-user training on Coupa functionalities and best practices,
- Answering user queries and resolving system related issues,
- Developing user documentation and training materials.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generating reports on procurement metrics, spend analysis, and compliance,
- Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations to stakeholders.
