Key responsibilities:
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Support, configure and troubleshoot enterprise network infra including routers, firewalls, switches and wireless devices
• Implement and manage Fortinet firewalls to ensure secure network traffic and effective security policies
• Manage, monitor and troubleshooting network environments using cisco devices, ensuring consistent performance
• Design, implement and manage network policies and practices including Routing Switching Wireless & firewalls.
• Provide incident response support and resolution for Incident related to Network/Firewall.
• Implement Network best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Strong communication skills to document incidents, generate reports and communicate with clients
• Experience with any ITSM tool for ticketing, incident, Channge management.
• Team player who leads NOC team with best practices and SOPs.
• Monitor and manage L2/L3 Routing, switching, wireless Network and firewalls.
• Perform L2/L3 configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and patch management on network devices.
• Coordinate with Vendors/OEMs for hardware replacements and escalated issues.
• Generate and analyse network performance, availability, and capacity reports.
• Maintain and update network documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
Resource Exp is 5+ Years with Specifically ( 7-9 Years)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst switches ( C95/93/92xx ), Cisco DNAc and Cisco wireless controller.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewall, Fortinet SDWAN and Cisco ISE Administration
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools like Observium, Solarwinds, DNS, DHCP, IPAM
• Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise network environments.
• Knowledge of network design and assessment.
• Knowledge of ITSM Tool and Process.
• Deep understanding of enterprise network architecture which includes cloud and on prem data center infrastructure.
• Utilize monitoring tools to monitor network performance and identify potential issues proactively.
