Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Handle day-to-day MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletions).
•    Troubleshoot basic user-level telephony and connectivity issues.
•    Monitor voice infrastructure health and generate reports.
•    Maintain inventory of IP phones and licenses.
•    Assist senior engineers in system patching and maintenance.
•    Design and implement complex dial plans and call routing matrixes.
•    Lead troubleshooting efforts for high-priority voice outages.
•    Manage firmware upgrades, system patches, and backup schedules.
•    Mentor junior engineers and document standard operating procedures.
•    Interface with telecom carriers to resolve SIP trunk issues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

•    Bachelor’s degree.
•    CCNP Collaboration (Cisco Certified Network Professional) required.
•    ITIL v4 Foundation Certified
•    Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply

PREFERRED SKILLS:

•    Knowledge of analog voice ports (FXS/FXO) and T1/E1 PRI circuits.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

PRIMARY SKILLS
•    Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) administration.
•    Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) voicemail configuration.
•    IP phone registration and troubleshooting.
•    Basic understanding of SIP and H.323 protocols.
•    Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking basics.
•    Advanced deployment of CUCM, CUC, and IM&P.
•    Configuration of Cisco Expressways (CUBE, Expressway-C/E) for MRA.
•    Deep knowledge of SIP trunking, dial plans, and call routing.
•    Troubleshooting via RTMT, Wireshark, and Cisco DNA Center.
•    Voice gateway configuration (MGCP, H.323, SIP) on Cisco ISRs.
•    Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
•    Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift, ability to working from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

•    Cisco Unified IM and Presence (IM&P).
•    Experience with Cisco Webex App integration.
•    Basic knowledge of voice gateways (ISR).
•    Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) scripting.
•    Automation using Python or Cisco AXL APIs.
•    Experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing integration.
