Job Summary
This role supports application validation and testing using automation to deliver and support D&T enabled business solutions. This role will also help support strategic direction, determine business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for application testing using tools like Azure DevOps, HP ALM, UFT, Python,RoboFramework, etc. This role has primary accountability for working on testing solutions for our SAP, Digital Application, E-Commerce and other applications
.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Possesses deep understanding of the overall vision and business needs and utilizes this knowledge to design and implement best in case testing solutions. This includes interpreting any issues and recommending solutions or best practices.
- Utilizes knowledge of best practices to define strategic direction, determine business needs and design & deliver application testing solutions, doing so in partnership with Application and Infrastructure. This includes interpreting up to the most complex issues and recommending solutions or best practices.
- Spearhead the testing needs and work with other application owners to drive the process.
- Provide technical solutions that functionally to meet defined business requirements.
- Uses breadth of expertise to solve complex problems. Provide system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and process set within the Services Delivery model, client policies and procedures as well as Regulatory requirements including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
- Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.

Additional Responsibilities
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or
- Bachelor's Degree Information systems required
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Rich Experience in designing, configuring testing solution on HP ALM. Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in developing testing solutions and setup of HP ALM.
- Experience in SAP implementation, auditing or advisory in SAP testing, SAP Test automation and validation needs. Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in SAP testing and Test automation.
- Understanding of business processes, controls frameworks, compliances and regulations for cGMP, SoX, etc.
- End to end experience with rolling out test strategy for SAP & Digital Applications and develop a robust regression test strategy.
- Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient English language skills

- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
