We are looking forward to hire SAP (SuccessFactors)- Comp Professionals in the following areas :

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Payroll.
• Customize payroll functionalities to meet client-specific requirements.
• Ensure the successful integration of SuccessFactors Payroll with other HR and financial systems.
• Work closely with clients to understand their payroll needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Offer expert advice on best practices and process improvements.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Provide ongoing support for existing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processes and system functionalities.
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Experience with international payroll implementations.
• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules such as Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance & Goals is an add-on
• Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP HCI/CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
