We are looking forward to hire SAP (SuccessFactors)- Comp Professionals in the following areas :

Should know all parts of Compensation and Variable Pay module, including compensation statements.
Should know how to route forms when needed.
Should be able to understand formula on Compensation worksheets.
Understand how Update forms works.
Understand the different backend tables that are involved in Variable Pay module. Goals, Weights etc.
Understand how to configure XSL needed for custom compensation statements.
Understand and build Story Reports as needed for Compensation and Variable Pay module.
Must have a certification, so that work in provisioning.
Be proactive and be available on MS Teams full time from 9 AM until 6 PM MYT, without any gaps.
It would help if the consultant is certified in Compensation and Variable Pay.
