Job description:

Our Product Lifecycle and Engineering team enables product development at clients globally through the provision and management of IT platform capabilities related but not limited to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Document Management (DM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Systems Engineering (SE), Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) and Mechanical Engineering (ME).

The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the PLM functional area, with strong knowledge of SAP PLM functionality. Experience with PLM tools such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, or ARAS PLM is also highly desirable

Within the PLM domain, the candidate should possess strong knowledge in the following areas

• Document Management
• Engineering Change Management 
• Experience supporting Product Development departments
• SAP ECC and SAP S4 experience
• Analytical mindset
• SAP PLM functional modules
• Product lifecycle processes
• Integration with PLM tools like PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, or ARAS PLM
• Change and document management
• Engineering BOM and product data management

As a key member of this team, the IT Analyst PLM's prime responsibility will be the day-to-day support of the PLM Business Applications used globally. You will also support Business analysis activities, collaborating with colleagues as needed. Examples of work here include use cases analysis, requirements elicitation and authoring plus execution of test cases.

Ideally you will have experience of managing, or providing administrative support for one or more Enterprise Applications, in a Product Development or Manufacturing environment. and have experience in Business Analysis techniques.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide Administration and Support of deployed PLM related applications.
• Permission assignment
• Role Maintenance
• Support of boundary applications that integrate our PLM platform to our SAP ERP platform
• Support of other Enterprise Applications in our portfolio as needed
• Collaborating on PLM application projects
• PLM Domain Business Analysis, collaborating on persona, use case, test case, requirements, identification, documentation and maintenance.
• Preparation and / or maintenance of functional and technical documentation.
• Test case execution
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with team and internal stakeholders
• Analytical thinker - Independently able to solve technical challenges that come their way

Desired Skills / Experience

• PLM Systems (ideally SAP PLM)
• Engineering Change Management

• Administration of Enterprise applications
• SAP administration (SAP Hana, SAP S4)
• Business Analysis Skills, for example
• Persona Analysis
• Use Case Analysis

• Use of TOGAF, SysML or UML

• Project Time Tracking applications, like Replicon
  ALM Systems, Work Management and Requirement Management (Desired)
• Jira, Confluence, Monday.Com, Jama Connect, DOORs
• Use of Jira
• Use of Service Now
• Knowledge of PLM Concepts; Digital Twins, Digital Thread
• Knowledge of Systems Integration, for example use of OSLC, REST APIs, Java, Java Script, C#, PowerShell, ReqIf
• Testing (e.g. TDD, BDD, Cucumber)
