Our SAP Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading SAP SD professionals with hands-on experience. This position is ideally suited to someone who has decent experience in full-cycle implementation including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

 

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

 

# Minimum 4 to 5 global SAP SD support experience, SAP version from 4.6 to S/4 Hana
 # Extended multi-project experience with Sales and distribution, Sales Orders, Outbound Deliveries, Pricing and Customer returns etc.
 # Strong experience with EDI communication as it relates to processing daily/weekly forecasts and its integration with Sales related process.
 # Ability to analyze incoming Incidents, Service Requests and Change requests, Take ownership of SAP related incidents
 # Actively manage the open incidents in the SAP Support queue and ensure detailed updates, follow-up and resolution and closure
 # Responsibility for SAP process, job monitoring and rescheduling, assisting business users with the execution of business transactions and month/week-end close processes.
 # Ability to do technical analysis and make an informed decision on the next steps and teams to involve
 # Providing accurate, detailed documentation to the user and on the incident, request, or problem
 # Communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally to all people regardless of role in company
 # Resolve SAP incidents and manage requests and problems with limited assistance.
 # Establish settings for various integration points which effect SD, in coordination with the other modules like MM/EWM/TM/FI/APO/web etc.
 # You need coordinate, communicate, and assign tasks within the team
 # Besides these more project related activities you will also be involved in more strategic plans within company, and you will be seen as the driver for new initiatives and innovation topics some time
 # Experience in Support engagements which includes defect resolution, Incident & release management in a multi-system clients and multi-geography environment for SAP ECC supports
 # Experience includes Business co-ordination, small requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, & design, Functional specs preparation, Testing and support
