Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deploy, patch, and maintain Windows servers and VMware VMs.
- Assist in migrating basic workloads from on-premises to Azure.
- Assist in VMware P2V & V2V migrations
- Knowledge on hardware, storage & Networking.
- Knowledge on Azure compute, network & storage.
- Understanding on backups, restores and recovery models.
- Knowledge on AD Group Polocies & administration.
- Troublesoot & resolve the DNS/ Replication issues.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and inventory logs.
- Optimize performance across VMware clusters and Azure resources.
- Serve as the escalation point for Tier 2/3 technical issues.
- Implement security hardening guidelines across all operating systems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years in a hybrid infrastructure administration role.
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
- Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
- VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV).

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
PRIMARY SKILLS:
- Windows Server: Administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
- Advanced Windows: Active Directory architecture, cluster management, and advanced troubleshooting.
- VMware Administration: vCenter management, ESXi instalation & configuration, vMotion, HA, DRS, and vSAN configuration vSAN management.
- Azure Cloud: Deploying ARM/Bicep templates, managing Azure Backup, Recovery Services, and Load Balancers.
- Automation: Advanced PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
- Scripting: PowerShell scripting for administrative automation.
- Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
- Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift, ability to working from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Knowledge of backup jobs using native and 3rd party tools
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident and Request management).
- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).
- Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity (ExpressRoute, VPN gateways).
