Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated MES Engineer/Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting AspenTech’s Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and increase operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design system architecture, configure software, and ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis & Design:
  • Analyze current manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Gather and document requirements for MES solutions from stakeholders.
  • Design MES architecture and workflows for production optimization.
• Implementation & Configuration:
  • Configure and customize AspenTech MES solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Integrate MES with existing ERP, SCADA, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data collection, tracking, and reporting.
• Testing & Validation:
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality aligns with requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
• Training & Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of MES software.
  • Develop documentation and user manuals for MES applications.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and propose enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and AspenTech product updates.
