Job description:
We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with 5+ years of project management experience (7–10 years overall in IT) in integration‑heavy environments, ideally with exposure to Salesforce, SAP, iPaaS (Boomi/BTP), and enterprise SSO/CIAM. to own all internal IT work required for the DS&S Customer Experience project that sits outside the scope of the implementation vendor(s). This role will not build the solution, but will coordinate Clients internal platforms and teams so the vendor can deliver successfully.
Project will span for 6 months, with 1 month of preparation work prior to project start.
Key responsibilities include:
- CIAM / SSO – Coordinate with Identity/Access teams to define and implement login, MFA, invitation and SSO flows for the portal, including regional (e.g. China) considerations.
- iPaaS (Boomi / SAP BTP) – Plan and track all middleware work needed to connect Salesforce, SolidWorks, SAP and other systems; ensure capacity, environments and monitoring are in place.
- SAP & Backend Systems – Align with SAP and other system owners on order status, customer and product data interfaces; manage dependencies and cutover impacts.
- Data & PDM Cleanup – Drive the internal plan for *data cleansing and PDM standardization* (SolidWorks / document repositories), including prioritization by plant and ensuring test data is available.
- Telephony / 800‑/866‑Number – Coordinate with telephony/contact center teams on the future of the 800/866 line, IVR flows, and potential integration with Salesforce Service Cloud / Voice and the new portal.
- Salesforce Platform (SFDC) – Work with Salesforce platform owners to secure environments, licenses (Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Voice, etc.), and align with other ongoing Salesforce initiatives.
- Overall Coordination & Governance – Maintain a single integrated internal plan, track risks and issues on Clients side, and ensure all internal deliverables (CIAM, iPaaS, SAP, data, telephony, SFDC) are delivered on time to meet vendor milestones.
