Job Description:

Our Digital Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned "ITX Developer" professionals with hands-on experience.

The shortlisted candidate should have the ability to analyse technical needs and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.

The responsibilities are primarily technical, although there is a strong element of functional understanding of the business process.

Technology: IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) earlier known as WebSphere Transformation extender
and used interchangbly.

Role: ITX Developer

Experience:

•  3 to 5 years of technical experience with WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) v 8.2 or higher version with a good experience in Map Designer, Type Designer and Database Interface Designer

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, Implement and Support diverse integration solutions and transformation programs that address complex business requirements using the IBM WebSphere Transformation extender (WTX) in an environment involving WebSphere Message Broker.
• Understand and analyse the business requirements to design/develop the solution.
• Manage all technical components of large integration projects to include implementation of WTX components including Map Designer, Type Designer and Database Interface Designer
• Prioritize tasks and coordinate with the team for project deliverables within decided timelines.

Mandatory skills Technical Skills: WTX (V8.2 or higher), SQL

• Good experience in Map Designer, Type Designer and Database Interface Designer
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in WTX components
• Understanding of Component Rules and other validation techniques inType Designer
• Experience on development using XML technologies: XSD, DTD, XSD is a must
• Experience in implementing EDI transformations involving ANSI X12 and EDIFACT Standards.
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL skills a must.

Soft Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Proactive responsible individual with an ability to work as an individual contributor.
• Nice to have skills 1. Java /IIB knowledge will be a plus.
