Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce release manager with expertise in coapdo, Jenkins and version controlling tools

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain automated pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Version Control (Git): Implement branching strategies and manage code merging, source control, and repository maintenance.
• Release Management: Coordinate deployments across Salesforce environments (Sandbox to Production) and maintain audit trails.
• Environment Strategy: Oversee Salesforce environment configuration, data seeding, and sandbox management.
• Automation & Testing: Integrate automated testing and validation processes to ensure quality assurance.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, architects, and stakeholders to improve release processes and resolve conflicts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• • Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Metadata API, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce CLI.
  • DevOps Tooling: Proficiency in Copado,  Jenkins, or Salesforce DX (SFDX).
  • Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git-based tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab).
  • Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
  • Experience: about 8+ years in Salesforce development, administration, and release management.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications, and platform-specific DevOps certifications (e.g., Copado).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
