Lead Consultant - S/4 HANA FICO Job

We are looking forward to hire S/4 HANA FICO Professionals in the following areas :

Educational Qualification: ICAI Certified Charted Accountant, Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce , MBA Finance or its equivalent. SAP S/4 HANA certification desirable.
Experience : Minimum 10 years. Minimum 3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA Implementation experience, minimum 2 rollout, & AMS Support, Hands on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI), Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Financial Closing & Reporting & Fiori apps for Finance
General:  Work with business users, Finance teams, and stakeholders to understand functional needs. Conduct workshops to capture business requirements for financial processes (AP, AR, GL, AA, Banking, etc.). Document functional specifications, process flows, and system designs. Good Oral and Written communication Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Configuration & System Setup
Configure SAP S/4HANA FI components including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting (BAM/BCM)
Automatic Payment
Financial Closing Cockpit
Integration with EDOC Cockpit
Setup of organizational structures, tax configurations, payment terms, and integration points.
Integration with Other Modules
Work with teams across PP QM MM, WW EWM SD, & CO and Treasury to ensure seamless financial postings.
Manage cross-module integration such as automatic account determination and order-to-cash/procure-to-pay flows.
 
 
Testing & Validation
Prepare test scripts and execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT.
Validate system changes and troubleshoot issues during testing cycles.
Ensure system alignment with business processes.
Production Support
Resolve user tickets, troubleshoot configuration issues, and provide day-to-day support.
Analyse recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities.
Documentation & Training
Create functional documents, SOPs, and training materials.
Train end-users and super-users on S/4HANA FI capabilities.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
Recommend SAP best practices and process optimizations.
Stay updated on new S/4HANA features such as Universal Journal, ACDOCA, and new reporting tools (Fiori apps)
