    Technical Test Manager
    
    Objectives of this role
    Maintain projects, program and SAP testing competency initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
    Support multiple Automation and project delivery teams, ensuring technical challenges are met.
    Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

    Responsibilities
    Work closely with Project Sponsor, Project Delivery Manager, YASH Competency Lead and cross-functional teams to oversee deleveries, technical challenges
    Identify key requirements and estimate efforts and understand resourcing needs
    Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
    Act as an Automation Architect and Delivery Test Manager for automation teams  to troubleshoot issues related project and  enterprise automation tool.
    Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that testing aligns with project goals and objectives.

    Required skills and qualifications
    12+Years of experience leading QA Teams preferably automation teams
    Performed multiple automation POCs for different technologies and domains
    Designed, strategized automation framework, strategy and expert in configuring CICD pipelines
    Five or more years of experience in a technical lead role, preferably in leading large automation projects 
    Outstanding knowledge on Automation Framework, Best Practices and Reporting automation to stakeholders.
    Expert in Custom Controls exploration and development using Tricentis TOSCA
   Oversee preparation of Scripts, Test Data, execution, reviews, reporting and measuring KPIs as per organisation standards. establishing goals, communicating them to team members, & assessing their progress 

    
   Preferred skills and qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) 
    Have passion for Automation, posses can -do attitude, analytical thinking, skills to mentor juniors,
    Bold Confident and a Team Player,  excellent communication and presentation skills
    Well versed with designing Test Automation Frameworks for a better ROI
    Worked extensively on automation projects with Tricentis suite of products
    Strong working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Oracle and other non-SAP Integrations
    Advanced and Expert level certifications in TOSCA
