Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and support high-performing Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile ceremonies, fostering collaboration between stakeholders and development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team by removing impediments and enabling team productivity.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and key Agile metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive timely resolution.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Support release planning and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, product management, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Kanban.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in tracking Agile KPIs, sprint metrics, and team performance.
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments and manage team dynamics effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
• Exposure to DevOps and Agile transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
• Knowledge of SAFe, Lean Agile, or Scaled Scrum practices.
• Prior experience in IT services, product organizations, or digital transformation programs.
