Module Lead - .NET C# Job

Job description:

Experience required: 7-9 years.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using .NET Core and RESTful WebAPI.
• Implement and manage message queue consumers for asynchronous and event-driven processing.
• Develop and maintain scheduled jobs / cron-based background services.
• Integrate and manage data storage using Azure Blob Storage for large-scale file and object storage.
• Model, optimize, and query data using MongoDB and InfluxDB for time-series and operational data processing.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimisation.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a proactive approach.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate with Azure cloud services including storage, messaging, and hosting solutions.
• Writing unit test cases

Primary Skills:

• Hands-on experience in .NET development with strong proficiency in C#.
• Solid experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Strong experience with message queues (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ, or similar).
• Experience implementing background workers / cron jobs (Hangfire, Quartz.NET, Worker Services).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Blob Storage (upload, download, lifecycle management).
• Strong experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API security (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage Accounts).
• Experience in MongoDB & Influx DB.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Secondary Skills: Nice to have.

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with unit and integration testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).
• Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools.
