Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Architect Head to lead our Hyper Automation CoE. This leadership role involves managing a team of Architects, Technical Leads, and sometimes Project Managers to define and execute enterprise-wide automation strategies using RPA, BPMN (Mendix or Bizagi), Microsoft Power Platform, and emerging technologies like Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic roadmap for Hyper Automation across the organization
• Architect and oversee delivery of complex automation solutions using RPA, BPM and Power Platform
• Lead initiatives involving multi-bot orchestration, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI/ML integrations
• Drive seamless integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle JD Edwards, and Dynamics 365
• Explore and implement Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous process optimization
• Establish governance models for Power Platform environments and clustered data gateways
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and innovation
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and align solutions with business goals
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve CoE capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in automation architecture and leadership roles
• Deep expertise in RPA - UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Having extensive experience on BPMN tools like Mendix or Bizagi.
• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing large-scale automation programs
• Strong understanding of IDP solutions, AI/ML integration, and enterprise architecture
• Experience with Power Platform administration, environment strategy, and data governance
• Integration experience with SAP, Oracle JD Edwards, and Dynamics 365
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agents is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications in RPA and Microsoft Power Platform are a plus
