Job Description
An experienced Project Manager to lead and govern large-scale Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and rollout programs for manufacturing organizations. This role is designed for complex, multi-location environments, ensuring predictable delivery, business alignment and operational excellence.
Bringing a deep Oracle EBS functional understanding from prior hands-on delivery experience, enabling effective oversight of solution design, execution and business adoption.
End-to-end ownership of Oracle EBS implementation and rollout programs
Definition and execution of project plans, milestones, budgets and governance models
On-time, on-budget delivery with clear visibility into risks, issues and dependencies
Proven delivery experience in Process Manufacturing environments (including OPM-based implementations)
Validation of functional designs, rollout templates and business process alignment
Ensuring industry best practices are embedded across production, costing, inventory and supply chain processes
Primary point of contact for client leadership, steering committees and business owners
Facilitation of executive reviews, status updates and decision-making forums
Strong engagement with plant leadership to ensure operational readiness and adoption
Planning and execution of phased rollout strategies. Oversight of data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover and go-live activities.
Management of hypercare and transition to steady-state support
Alignment across functional, technical and third-party vendor teams.
Governance of delivery quality, productivity and outcomes.
Proactive identification and mitigation of delivery risks. Scope and change request management with clear impact analysis
15+ years of ERP and enterprise application delivery experience.
Extensive track record managing Oracle EBS implementations and rollouts
Strong Oracle EBS functional foundation from prior hands-on roles, proven experience across process manufacturing industries.
Experience managing global, offshore-led delivery models, willingness to travel on-site as required by project needs.
Faster rollouts using proven manufacturing templates and governance models
Proven track record leading Oracle ERP implementations and global rollouts.
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and vendor coordination.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
Oracle EBS/ERP functional certifications are a plus.

Functional Design:
- Expert knowledge in scope analysis, solution design, integration methods, and cross-functional processes.

- Able to adept at translating use cases, designing behavior, and creating business rules for applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical design inputs, and generate solution options based on system capabilities, while also coordinating process playbacks and prototype reviews.
- Configure both packaged and custom applications to achieve business solutions.
Project Documentation:
- Expert knowledge of industry knowledge management tools/ techniques.
- Plan and implement knowledge management framework at organizational level or for complex and large client engagements.
- Write white papers/ blogs at internal and external level
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Expert in requirement gathering and analysis with extensive experience in leading activities across large-scale projects and programs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, skilled in negotiating and resolving conflicting requirements.
- Develop and implement effective requirement gathering and analysis processes/ methodologies.
Test Management:
- Has expert knowledge of testing concepts, testing standards and best practices
- Ability to create iteration, system integration test plan and develop integration test cases as required
- Create business scenario test cases and/or create automation test scripts based on understanding of functionality requirements
- Ability to update traceability matrix as required
- Ability to perform Development Integration Testing
