Job Title
Hands-On IT Project Manager & Business Analyst (SDLC + AI-Driven Development)

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager who couples strong business analysis capabilities with practical project leadership. The ideal candidate will actively manage projects end-to-end while performing detailed requirements elicitation, modeling, and documentation. The role emphasizes delivering business value through effective SDLC governance and guiding teams to leverage AI tooling to boost productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities 
 * Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT/software development projects with hands-on involvement in both PM and BA activities.
 * Define, refine, and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; translate business needs into actionable requirements.
 * Actively participate in requirements elicitation, workshops, and interviews; create and maintain detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, data models, and process flows.
 * Ensure traceability of requirements to design, development, and test artifacts; maintain comprehensive project documentation.
 * Manage cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, QA, operations) with hands-on collaboration on backlog grooming, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
 * Guide AI-driven development practices by recommending and leveraging AI tools to improve code quality, testing, documentation, and automation—while remaining hands-on in delivery.
 * Ensure SDLC adherence with a focus on delivering AI-enabled or AI-assisted solutions; participate in design reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
 * Act as a Scrum Master or agile project lead where appropriate; facilitate ceremonies, resolve impediments, and promote continuous improvement.
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage changes with clear governance and escalation paths.
 * Maintain proactive stakeholder engagement; provide transparent status, risks, dependencies, and financials.
 * Drive quality assurance through test planning, automation strategy, and validation of business value against requirements.

 
Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 * Proven track record as an IT Project Manager with substantial hands-on Business Analysis responsibilities.
 * Strong command of SDLC and experience delivering AI-enabled or AI-assisted development projects (without requiring AI/ML expertise).
 * Deep skills in requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis, and clear documentation; ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
 * Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project) and established methodologies.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior leadership and technical teams.
 * Experience with AI tooling ecosystems and a hands-on approach to integrating AI-assisted practices into delivery.

 
Preferred Qualifications
 * Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or equivalent practical BA experience.
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced IT environments.
 * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services relevant to project delivery.
