SAP Delivery Manager Job

We are looking forward to hire SAP Project Manager Professionals in the following areas :

JOB PROFILE

Would be required to Manage Large/Complex SAP Programs/Projects

His/Her primary responsibility would be to:

§ Participate in leadership and governance advisory meetings as a strategic and tactical advisor

§ Proactively and continuously manage risks of the program

§ Manage stakeholder expectations on the program level

§ Act as escalation management level for projects

§ Assist integrated program planning and manage project dependencies and conflicts

§ Establish program standards regarding governance, tools, finance, and reporting

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

Engineering Degree/MCA/MBA from reputed institution

EXPERIENCE

§ Should have had a minimum of 15 years of IT industry experience in consulting, services delivery, project management with at least 8 years of experience in a consulting organization as Program/Project Manager for SAP Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade/Conversion engagement

§ Candidates should have well-developed people management and mentoring skills. Experience in managing large teams is a must

§ Experience of business development or pre-sales support will be an added advantage

TECHNICAL SKILLS

§ Extensive experience in SAP implementation / consulting with at least 4 to 5 years in SAP solutions as Functional/Technical Consultant

§ At least 8 to 10 years of experience in using formal and structured project management methodologies and tools for SAP Implementation preferable ASAP or Activate Methodology

§ Experience with Software Engineering processes and Quality Management systems will be an added advantage

OTHER

§ Ability to lead and manage global teams

§ Experience in people management

§ Experience in proposal preparation for large bids

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
