experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Financials with a strong focus on FICA/Contract Accounting.

Projects: At least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP FICA/Hybris Billing.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of S/4HANA, FI-CA processes, and Fiori application knowledge.
Background: Strong accounting background or knowledge of cloud business models.
Tools: Familiarity with Agile & Activate methodologies and tools like JIRA/Solution Manager.
