• SAP IS-U FICA Expertise: Strong functional and configuration knowledge of the SAP IS-U FICA module. 
   
• Experience with FICA functionalities: Experience with areas like EBS (Electronic Bank Statement), dunning, BRF+ implementation, main/sub transaction configuration, and payments. 
   
• Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating FICA with other SAP modules and external systems. 
   
• Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of utility industry business processes related to customer management, billing, payments, and collections. 
   
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. 
   
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions. 
   
• Experience with Agile Methodologies and DevOps: Some positions may require experience with Agile development practices and DevOps principles
