Job Description
- Responsible for architecture and design of technology solutions during bid-phase as part of Lead to Closure process.
- Participate and contribute to the development of design and specifications (PTG activities) as development of accelerators, demos, etc. in their respective Business Unit.
- Participate in establishing architecture guiding principles, reference architectures and implementations, frameworks and methodologies that will ensure the conversion of operational and transformation roadmaps into successful solution implementations.
- Support in the review and evaluation of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate and keep up-to-date on the relevant development and innovations in the industry to ensure emerging technologies and industry trends are adopted to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture artifacts such as high-level designs, detailed designs, and architecture diagrams.
- Ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to specifications.
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure compliance with architecture guidelines.

Proposal Design:
- Basic understanding of proposal writing process, Familiarity with organization's proposal templates and guidelines.
- Able to draft simple proposal sections following established templates.
- Collaborates with more experienced team members on proposal content.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Good understanding of requirement gathering and analysis concepts and terminology.
- Able to independently identify, describe, and document requirements, and have experience in creating and reviewing requirements.
- Able to conduct basic analysis of requirements, like identifying gaps & inconsistencies.
Proposal Defence:
- Good understanding of the proposal's content, goals, and strategy.
- Awareness of the organization's past proposal successes and failures.
