Job Title: Solution Architecture - Solution Architect

Job Description

  • Responsible for architecture and design of technology solutions during bid-phase as part of Lead to Closure process.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of design and specifications (PTG activities) as development of accelerators, demos, etc. in their respective Business Unit.
  • Participate in establishing architecture guiding principles, reference architectures and implementations, frameworks and methodologies that will ensure the conversion of operational and transformation roadmaps into successful solution implementations.
  • Support in the review and evaluation of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate and keep up-to-date on the relevant development and innovations in the industry to ensure emerging technologies and industry trends are adopted to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain solution architecture artifacts such as high-level designs, detailed designs, and architecture diagrams.
  • Ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to specifications.
  • Participate in code and design reviews to ensure compliance with architecture guidelines.

  • Analyze various frameworks/tools and present recommendations, contribute to development of training and certification material, demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.

Proposal Design:

  • Basic understanding of proposal writing process, Familiarity with organization's proposal templates and guidelines.
  • Able to draft simple proposal sections following established templates.
  • Collaborates with more experienced team members on proposal content.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Good understanding of requirement gathering and analysis concepts and terminology.
  • Able to independently identify, describe, and document requirements, and have experience in creating and reviewing requirements.
  • Able to conduct basic analysis of requirements, like identifying gaps & inconsistencies.

Proposal Defence:

  • Good understanding of the proposal's content, goals, and strategy.
  • Awareness of the organization's past proposal successes and failures.
