Role : L3 Network Associate
Experience : 7–10 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Network Associate with strong expertise in enterprise network operations, troubleshooting, and design across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, security, and monitoring platforms. The role requires deep technical capabilities to handle complex incidents (P1/P2), escalations, and network optimization, along with supporting design validation and architectural improvements.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Advanced Network Operations & Troubleshooting
•Act as L3 escalation point for complex network incidents (P1/P2)
•Perform deep troubleshooting across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewall, and routing domains
•Analyze network issues using packet captures, logs, and monitoring tools
•Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise network infrastructure
🔹 Switching & Routing (Cisco)
•Configure and manage:
oCisco Catalyst (C9200/C9300/C9500) and Nexus switches
•Strong understanding and hands-on experience with:
oRouting protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
oVLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP
•Perform software upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
🔹 Wireless (Cisco)
•Strong experience in:
oCisco WLC (9800 / AireOS) and Access Points
•Troubleshoot:
oClient connectivity issues
oAuthentication failures (802.1X, ISE integration)
oRoaming and RF optimization issues

•Hands-on experience with:
oFortinet Firewall (policy, NAT, VPN, troubleshooting)
oFortinet SD-WAN (policy, SLA, traffic steering)
oCisco ISE administration (AAA, 802.1X, posture, policies)

🔹 Network Management & Monitoring
•Experience with tools:
oObservium, SolarWinds, SNMP monitoring platforms
•Manage and troubleshoot:
oDNS, DHCP, IPAM (Infoblox preferred)
•Proactively monitor network health and performance
•Identify and mitigate potential issues before impact
Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC)
•Hands-on experience in:
oDevice onboarding
oTemplate-based configuration
oAssurance and telemetry analysis
•Use DNAC for automation and network visibility
