Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve Level 1 and 2 tickets.
- Deploy routine VLAN and firewall policy changes.
- Lead complex network troubleshooting sessions.
- Design and execute mid-scale network changes.
- Optimize wireless coverage and authentication workflows.
- Mentor junior administrators on team protocols.
- Define the enterprise network and security roadmap.
- Approve high-risk changes and architecture designs.
- Lead root cause analysis for major incidents.
- Driving key KPI improvement month on month
- Drive Knowledge Management , Process management, Client sign off
- Drive Key initiatives, CSIP, Automations , Customer Value additions
- Drive Ticket Reduction, Effort Reduction,
- Lead Client discussion on Key initiatives driving and outcomes
- Lead MSR/QBR , drive Ops as per Client Sensitivities and Priorities
- Understanding of Benchmarking , Best practices as per industry standard and peer companies which can be driven in the area assigned
- Understanding and adopting AI in the area of operation and able show value addition to client.
- Drive CSAT and TCSAT >4.5 /5.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- CCIE (Enterprise/Security) or Palo Alto PCNXA/PCNSE.
- CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, or PCNSE certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certified
- Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Expertise in Prisma SD-WAN cloud integrations.
- Budgeting and capacity planning experience.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
PRIMARY SKILLS:
- Enterprise enterprise architecture design (Cisco/Palo Alto).
- Orchestration using Cisco DNAC and Netbrain.
- Designing Zero-Trust architectures via ClearPass and ISE.
- Global traffic management using F5 Load Balancers.
- Managing Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN (ION).
- Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
- Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift, ability to working from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Automation using Cisco DNAC.
- Automated network verification using Netbrain.
- Advanced firewall feature deployment (IPS/IDS, URL filtering).
- Multi-cloud networking integration.
