Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Exchange Administrator to oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our email and messaging systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless and secure communication across the organization.

Responsibilities:
•Manage on-premises and cloud-based Exchange environments.
•Monitor and troubleshoot mail flow, connectivity, and performance issues.
•Implement security measures and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
•Perform migrations, upgrades, and patches for Exchange systems.
•Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integrated messaging solutions.
•Train and mentor team members on Exchange administration.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Required Skills and Experience:
•5 to 8 years of experience in Exchange administration (on-premises and cloud).
•Strong knowledge of email protocols like SMTP, IMAP, and POP3.
•Expertise in Exchange migrations and hybrid configurations.
•Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and associated services.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills.
