Experience required: 5-12 years

Role Overview 
We are looking for a Senior SAP EHS Consultant with 8-10 years of relevant experience to provide external backfill support in Clients SAP landscape. The consultant is expected to contribute with strong functional capability to support ongoing project delivery, change requests and connected activities. 
The candidate should be able to move quickly into an existing environment, understand the functional landscape, and contribute with limited ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Support core EHS functional areas 
  Provide senior functional support across core SAP S/4HANA EHS areas, including Product Safety, Substance Volume tracking, Hazardous Substance Management, Dangerous Goods Management, Global Label Management. Contribute to both project activities and ongoing operational demands.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into SAP solutions 
  Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, regulatory expectations, and process challenges, and translate them into structured functional design..
• Configure and enhance relevant process areas
• Perform configuration and support enhancements across relevant EHS processes and related SAP EHS capabilities. Prepare clear functional specifications where developments, integrations, reports, or forms are required, and support development teams during build and validation.
• Drive testing, issue resolution, and release readiness
• Participate actively in testing, defect resolution, and deployment preparation. Support quality assurance across unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases, and help ensure that functional solutions are ready for release or go-live. 
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of EHS areas, with the ability to contribute across the following domains:
• Product Safety
• Substance Volume Tracking
• Dangerous Goods Management
• Global Label Management
• Hazardous Substance Management 
  
• Good Experience in WWI layouting is required and Implementing Regulatory content data like 3E, Sphera, Chem Advisor etc.
• Good understanding of cross-functional module integration with EHS
• Understanding of NiceLabel and Loftware applications is an advantage. 
  
  

Technical Skills 

• ABAP debugging skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and issue resolution
• Understanding of Python and JavaScript is an advantage
