Senior Consultant – SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors
Hyderabad, India (Remote/Hybrid/Office) | 6 - 10 years (2+ in SmartRecruiters) | Full-time
Be part of one of the first dedicated SmartRecruiters practices in the SAP ecosystem. As SAP repositions its talent acquisition portfolio around SmartRecruiters, YASH Technologies is building the advisory, implementation and AI-enablement capability that global enterprises need to make the transition. You’ll lead flagship implementations and RCM/RMK to SmartRecruiters migrations for international clients, shape our delivery playbooks and accelerators, work hands-on with the Winston AI suite with sponsored certifications and a clear path into practice leadership.
What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end SmartRecruiters implementations – discovery and design workshops through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare applying the Hiring Success methodology as the senior functional authority on the engagement.
- Drive client transitions from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) to SmartRecruiters, including process mapping, data strategy for Jobs and candidates, coexistence/phased architectures and cutover.
- Act as trusted advisor to client HR and TA leadership – presenting solution options, trade-offs, AI adoption roadmaps with Winston and transformation plans to senior stakeholders.
- Lead workstreams and delivery teams – managing scope, risks and timelines while coordinating onshore/offshore consultants.
- Shape the practice – mentor junior consultants, build reusable assets and migration playbooks and support pre-sales – RFP responses, estimation, demos and proofs of concept.
What You’ll Work On
- The full SmartOS hiring lifecycle: Jobs and approval chains, Hiring Process steps and candidate statuses, Screening Questions, Scorecards, Hiring Team roles (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Coordinator, Executive), Interview & Dynamic Scheduling and Offer Management with approval chains and e-signature.
- Company structure and governance: Org Fields (Brands, Company, Business Units, Departments, Locations etc.), Configurable Job Fields, system roles and access groups, plus privacy, consent and compliance controls (GDPR, data retention, EEO/OFCCP where applicable).
- Candidate attraction and engagement: Career Pages / Attrax career websites, SmartDistribute job advertising across 300+ boards, SmartCRM Talent Pools and nurture campaigns and SmartMessage text recruiting (SMS/WhatsApp).
- The Winston AI suite: Winston Chat, AI Talent Matching Engine, AI-Powered Candidate Screening, and AI-Powered Hiring Agent – enabled and governed in line with client responsible-AI policies.
- Integrations: SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors connector with Onboarding & Employee Central (new-hire handoff, org/foundation data sync), SmartRecruiters Marketplace partners (background check, assessment, e-signature) and custom flows via REST APIs (Customer API, Posting API), webhooks and SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP).
- Adoption and run: Analytics & Insights dashboards and Report Builder, Sandbox Management for release validation, key-user training and admin enablement, UAT support and post-go-live optimization.
What You Bring
- 6 - 10 years in HCM/Talent Acquisition technology consulting, including 2+ years hands-on with SmartRecruiters (implementation or administration) and 3-4 full-cycle ATS/recruiting implementations.
- Strong command of SmartOS capabilities – ATS, Offer Management, SmartCRM, SmartDistribute, Career Pages, Analytics & Insights and exposure to the Winston AI capabilities and AI governance in hiring.
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) experience and understanding of the transition path to SmartRecruiters, plus familiarity with the Onboarding & Employee Central is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of SmartRecruiters REST APIs and webhooks, SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP) or equivalent middleware.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, documentation and client communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
Must have: SmartRecruiters certifications or SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors Academy credentials; high-volume hiring and multi-country, multi-brand rollout experience; familiarity with the SmartRecruiters Marketplace ecosystem.
Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certifications (C_THR83 / C_THR84)
