Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and supporting business applications using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑deployment support while collaborating with cross‑functional and regional teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Japan regional team to deliver application development projects aligned with business needs.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) implementations to validate technical feasibility and solution design.
• Design and develop Power BI reports to meet business requirements, ensuring accurate data modeling and insightful visualizations.
• Perform Unit, System, and Integration Testing while maintaining comprehensive test case documentation.
• Prepare detailed user manuals, application documentation, and training materials for smooth onboarding and adoption.
• Create functional and technical specification documents to support seamless project transitions and knowledge handover.
• Provide post‑deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability and performance of delivered applications.
• Participate in requirement gathering discussions and help stakeholders translate needs into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in integration testing and cross‑system validation.
