Job description:
Work Exp – around 5 years
Location - Remote
For Opcenter Medical device & Diagnostics we require a resource for night shift coverage majorly for our supporting our 3rd shift.
Candidate should have also knowledge to work on:
- Work on qualification documentation for GXP Envt which includes preparing IQ & reports for the installs.
- Work on Opcenter MDD v2510, CNMOM v2510 installation on Dev, Validation & Production.
- Work on Opcenter modelling configuration, application configuration & interface configuration
- Installation & configuration of SAP BO reports in all 3 Envt’s.
- Work on the basic application verification to check the functionality
- Hands on with MS SQL database to configure & check issues with the OLTP, MIO & ODS DB’s.
- Aware about the ITIL process & work as L2 resource in service.
- Support critical application issues/outages.
- Should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Available to work across late German time zones and U.S. time zones.
- Availability in Bangalore is preferred. If the resource is not based in Bangalore, they should plan to visit the MITC Bangalore office on a quarterly basis to facilitate better collaboration, project discussions, and any LT visits as required.
