Test Lead - Automation Testing Job

We are looking forward to hire Automation Testing Professionals in the following areas :

Primary Skills : Preferred Skills and Competencies: • Extremely organized with excellent communication. Solid presentation and facilitations skills. • Deep understanding of Selenium and Appium automation frameworks • Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Proven experience working with Test Management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Helix, etc • Understanding of mobile and front end architecture, and various coding languages such as JAVA, Python, etc. • Hands on and action oriented self-starter who can work on complex projects with minimal guidance/oversight. Ability and willingness to create all project deliverables as needed. • Understanding and/or experience working in a medical device/Life Sciences company. • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple teams, on concurrent projects. • Exposure to working with global project teams and/or products. Responsibilities : Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Automation experience working within the Selenium and Appiuum automation frameworks. • Strong exposure in implementing software automation framework solutions for web and mobile apps, front end, back end, and middleware architecture. • Understanding of Atlassian products to support job scheduling, defect reporting, code repository and integration with Selenium frameworks. • Strong technical background working with the JAVA programming language. • Keen business analysis skills with the ability to intricately understand requirements, functional Specs, and systems to facilitate the creation of automated test scripts.
