UI Lead - ReactJS Job

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with an Agile development team to lead the UI of our web applications using React JS.
• Drive technical solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in UI development and best practices.
• Analyze existing implementations and optimize designs for improved performance and user experience.
• Work autonomously, taking initiative to understand the current architecture and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a high-quality software mindset, ensuring that the written code functions effectively. 

Qualifications: 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 

Mandatory Skills:

• 8-10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of React JS with TypeScript and CSS.
• Proficiency in responsive design and modern CSS frameworks.
• Experience in consuming REST services.
• Familiarity with unit test frameworks.
• Ability to provide solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric focus.
• Experience with AWS. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with Microservices, Event-Oriented Architectures, and Distributed Systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
• Understanding of DevOps practices/principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the CI/CD development lifecycle.
