Job Description:

 Business Analyst

We are looking for highly competent Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team to help drive the ongoing development of our cloud-based technology projects.

This position requires extensive experience in Story Creation, Agile Methodology & ceremonies, work allocation/tracking and working with product owners and Leads.

Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience.

Key Role/Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement
• Performing requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for development team
• Conducting requirement grooming meetings and to share business needs and system requirements with the development team
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Serving as a liaison between Business users, Business Analyst and development team users
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Managing competing resources, dependencies and priorities.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
• Gather metrics, conduct retrospective meetings for driving improvements.

• Experience in working or managing cloud based web application development

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS Teams)
• Knowledge in SQL server administration
• Experience developing applications with Agile team methodologies preferred.
• Familiarity with Estimation models
