Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Baan Functional Consultant to support our Baan IV system, which is currently used across several U.S. plants. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Baan IV or experience with Infor LN, and be able to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with end users and project teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Support: Provide day-to-day support for the Baan IV system, addressing and resolving issues promptly. • Project Delivery: Collaborate with project teams and end users to understand their requirements and ensure successful project outcomes. • Troubleshooting: Analyze and solve functional problems related to the Baan system, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with end users to gather needs and communicate solutions effectively. • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to drive projects forward, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Documentation & Organization: Maintain organized records of system configurations, support activities, and project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Experience: In-depth understanding of the Baan IV system or experience with Infor LN (as Baan IV is an older system).

• Skills:

Strong functional understanding of Baan or Infor LN with the ability to resolve functional issues. o Excellent communication skills for working with end users and project teams. o Organizational skills and attention to detail. o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
