Job Description:

Experience required: 5+ years.

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual/Functional Tester with over 5 years of experience in Functional and Non-Functional (NFR) testing, along with proficiency in Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications by executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual functional and non-functional test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing to ensure system functionalities align with specifications.
• Conduct Non-Functional Testing (NFR), including performance, reliability, scalability, usability, and security testing.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, and test execution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring proper defect lifecycle management.
• Participate in test planning, test strategy, and risk assessment discussions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist stakeholders in validating business requirements.
• Continuously enhance test processes and identify automation opportunities where feasible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual functional testing across web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Non-Functional Testing (NFR) such as performance, security, scalability, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in preparing test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical specifications.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Basic knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium or JMeter.
• Familiarity with Cloud Testing on Azure.
• Experience in SQL queries for backend data validation.
