Job Description

  • Assist in design of technology solutions during bid-phase as part of Lead to Closure process.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of design and specifications (PTG activities).
  • Participate in the review and evaluation of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in exploring the new and emerging technologies to check if it can adopt to the client needs.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, account advisory group, and project management, to ensure that solutions are implemented effectively. 
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, such as solution architecture diagrams, system integration plans, and implementation guides.
  • Ensuring that solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements of the client requirements.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Emerging Technologies:

  • Understands emerging technologies.
  • Able to contribute to the development of emerging technology artifacts and research emerging technologies.

Proposal Defense:

  • Basic understanding of the proposal's content, goals, and strategy.
  • Participates in proposal defense meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborates with team members to prepare responses to potential issues

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Has basic concepts and terminology related to requirement gathering and analysis.
  • Able to identify and describe requirements but require guidance and supervision to perform these tasks effectively.
  • Have limited experience in creating and reviewing requirements and are not able to independently conduct analysis of requirements.

Solution Design:

  • Understands solution design principles.
  • Able to contribute to the development and implementation of solution design artifacts for solutions.

Architecture concepts and principles:

  • Provides architectural design and documentation at an application or function capability level.
  • Participate in establishing and maintaining architecture standards and processes.
  • Implement architectural patterns in solution and engagements
  • Produce architectural artefacts using industry standards tools.

Architecture tools and frameworks:

  • Accreditation/certification in at least one relevant area of industry tools and frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of top tools in Magic Quadrant like Aris from Software AG
  • Ability to implement tools and frameworks in complex scenarios and conduct customization workshops.

Product/Technology Knowledge:

  • Implement code or configure/customize products, drive adoption of industry standards and practices, and contribute to development of reusable assets and innovative solutions.
  • Work on complex modules independently.
  • Analyse various frameworks/tools and present recommendations, contribute to development of training and certification material, and demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.
