Experience:  2 to 5 years 

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant, below are the responsibilities:

• Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules.
•  Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancement

Technical Experience:

1) Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution

2) Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows
