• Good knowledge of ABAP / CDS Views / SQL
• Exposure to Reporting and Data visualization tools like SAP Analytics Cloud / Tableau / Power BI
• Logic implementations
• Basic database operations like altering tables, creating and managing views, SQL joins, composite select, and data manipulation language.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Domain/ Industry Knowledge:

• Has basic knowledge of customer's business processes and relevant technology platform or product.
• Able to prepare process maps, workflows, business cases and simple business models in line with customer requirements with assistance from SME and apply industry standards/ practices in implementation with guidance from experienced team members.

Technology/Product Knowledge:

• Awareness of technology product/platform standards and specifications. 
• Implement code or configure/customize products with assistance from SME.
• Create code that adheres to the low-level design and requirements and independently work on simple modules.

Tools & Platform Knowledge:

• Appreciation of the fact that custom coding may be required to customize every step of the data science/analytics life-cycle and must have awareness of the mainstream programming languages available (e.g. R, Python etc.).
