We are seeking a highly engaging Presales Consultant with strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering first‑level product demonstrations, engaging prospects, and articulating business value across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, strong business process understanding, and the ability to translate customer needs into high-level solution propositions.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high‑quality introductory demos for Dynamics 365 applications such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, and Power Platform.
• Supporting sales teams in opportunity qualification, early discovery sessions, and value articulation.
• Explaining business processes at a high level and aligning them with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.
• Preparing demo scripts, customer presentations, pitch decks, and reusable presales assets.
• Participating in RFP/RFI responses and collaborating with functional and technical teams for solution shaping.
• Engaging confidently with customers in virtual and in‑person sessions.

Required skills:

• Should have experience of 8-10 years.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to grasp and explain core business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, service, projects, procurement).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE/BC) and Power Platform features.
• Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate product capabilities.
• Professional presence and confidence in presenting to business stakeholders.
