Associate Lead Consultant - S/4 EWM Job

We are looking forward to hire S/4 EWM Professionals in the following areas :

The EWM Senior Consultant needs to have 8 to 15 years' experience and will partner with client to analyze/define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables. In addition, the consultant will implement, customize and test solutions on client system and design client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed.

Job duties will also include:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution and transportation business processes/best practices
• Good understanding of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes
• Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Should have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM
• Knowledge about implementing Labour Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM
• Experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)
• Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration
• Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation
• Active involvement in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
• Defining detailed blueprints for development requirements
• Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.
• Participate in various SAP project stages like Template Definition, Fit-Gap Analysis, Template Build, Testing, Go-Live and/or Support projects
• Acquire a good understanding of business process and be able to offer the best technical solution to meet the business needs
• Understand and be able to independently customize SAP EWM specific processes and know the integration points with other SAP Modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, TM, PP etc.)
• Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents
• Preparing and conducting user trainings
• Communicate effectively with project managers, team members and clients
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the clients and team player attitude
