Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Pre-Sales Consultant to support business development and sales initiatives by showcasing the value of SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions. The ideal candidate will combine functional expertise, solution design capabilities, and strong presentation skills to help customers address their HR transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
- Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and Delivery teams to qualify opportunities.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand HR and talent management challenges.
- Present SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to customer business needs.
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and solution documentation.
Solution Design & Consulting
- Design end-to-end HXM solutions leveraging SuccessFactors modules.
- Map customer requirements to SAP best practices and product capabilities.
- Develop high-level solution architectures and implementation approaches.
- Provide effort estimations, licensing guidance, and project scope recommendations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
Product Expertise
- Demonstrate expertise across SuccessFactors modules
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases, innovations, and industry trends.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with HR leaders, CHROs, HR Transformation teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Communicate business value, ROI, and digital HR transformation benefits.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and solution recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation, consulting, or pre-sales experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management practices.
- Experience in customer-facing presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
